Grah Kalyan offers premium spiritual and astrological services. Because the nature of our primary services is digital and experiential, our delivery process differs from traditional e-commerce platforms.

1. Delivery of Digital/Spiritual Services (Pujas & Rituals)

• Performance: Upon successful booking and payment, your selected ritual will be scheduled and performed by an assigned Pandit on the chosen date.

• Proof of Delivery: “Delivery” of our digital services is defined as the successful completion of the ritual. Within 24 to 48 hours of the ritual’s completion, we will deliver video and/or photographic evidence of the Sankalpa to the devotee via the registered WhatsApp number or Email address provided at checkout.

• Astrological Consultations: For digital consultations, the session link or recorded video will be delivered to your registered email address prior to the scheduled time.

2. Delivery of Physical Goods (Prasad Kits) In the event that your chosen service includes the physical delivery of Prasad Kits or other spiritual items:

• Dispatch Time: Items are typically dispatched within 3 to 5 business days following the completion of the ritual.

• Shipping Partners: We use verified, premium courier partners to deliver across India.

• Delivery Timelines: Physical delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp once the package is dispatched.
