  • Ritual Data (Sankalpa): Date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, Gotra, and Rashi.

  • Payment Information: We use Razorpay to process payments securely. We do not store your credit card numbers, CVV, or bank account passwords on our servers.

2. USE OF INFORMATION The primary goal of collecting your data is to provide an authentic spiritual experience.

  • Service Delivery: Sharing your specific Sankalpa details with the assigned Pandit so they can perform your ritual correctly.

  • Proof of Performance: Using your contact details to send video or photo proof of your completed puja via WhatsApp or Email.

  • Communication: Sending administrative notices, booking confirmations, and service-related alerts.

3. SHARING OF INFORMATION

  • Independent Pandits: We share your ritual-specific data (Name, Gotra, Rashi) with the verified Pandits performing your service. They are strictly bound to use this only for your requested ritual.

  • Regulatory Disclosures: We may disclose information if required by Indian law, or to protect the safety of our users, the public, or the platform.

  • No Sale of Data: Grah Kalyan does not sell your personal identification information to third-party marketing or advertising companies.

4. DATA SECURITY We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. DATA RETENTION & DELETION

  • Retention: We keep your ritual history securely to help you book recurring pujas easily in the future.

  • Deletion: You have the right to request account deletion. Upon request, we will delete your personal data unless it is required to be retained for legal, tax, or financial auditing purposes.

6. YOUR RIGHTS You have the right to correct any inaccurate information (such as an incorrectly spelled Gotra) or withdraw your consent for us to use your data at any time by contacting our support team.
