Welcome to Grah Kalyan. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Grah Kalyan website and services. Grah Kalyan is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Vishvendra Singh, with its registered office in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.

By accessing this website and booking our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Grah Kalyan if you do not agree to all the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Nature of Services

Grah Kalyan acts as a premium spiritual agency facilitating connections between devotees and verified, independent Pandits.

  • Faith-Based Outcomes: The pujas, rituals, and astrological consultations provided through our platform are based on traditional Vedic practices. Spiritual and astrological results are matters of personal faith. Grah Kalyan and its partnered Pandits do not legally guarantee any specific physical, financial, or emotional outcomes from these rituals.

  • Independent Pandits: The Pandits performing the rituals are independent professionals verified by Grah Kalyan. While we enforce strict quality and branding guidelines, the Pandits are solely responsible for the religious execution of the service.

2. User Responsibilities & Sankalpa Data

To ensure the spiritual accuracy of your booked rituals, you are required to provide specific personal details (Sankalpa data).

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your Full Name, Gotra, Rashi, and Date of Birth.

  • No Liability for Errors: Grah Kalyan and its Pandits will perform the ritual based strictly on the data you provide at checkout. We bear no responsibility or liability if a ritual is performed using incorrect details provided by the user.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Secure Payments: We use Razorpay, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway, to process all transactions. Grah Kalyan does not store your credit/debit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers.

  • We reserve the right to modify the prices of our services or standard “Dakshina” without prior notice.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation rules are designed to respect the preparation time of our Pandits. Please refer to our dedicated Refund and Cancellation Policy page for detailed terms regarding partial and full refunds. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to our Refund Policy.

5. User Conduct

  • If your service includes a live video call or direct interaction with a Pandit, you agree to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior.

  • Any abuse, harassment, or inappropriate conduct toward our partnered Pandits or support staff will result in immediate termination of your service without a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grah Kalyan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our digital platform or spiritual services.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
