Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Grah Kalyan, we strive to provide a seamless and deeply authentic spiritual experience. We understand that plans can change, and we have structured our cancellation policy to be fair to both our devotees and the independent Pandits who prepare for your rituals.

1. Cancellation by the Devotee

  • Full Refund: You may cancel your booked puja or ritual up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time for a 100% refund.

  • Partial Refund: If you cancel within 2 hours of the scheduled start time, or after a Pandit has already been dispatched/assigned to your specific Sankalpa, a 50% cancellation fee will be deducted to cover the Pandit’s preparation time and reserved slot. The remaining 50% will be refunded.

  • No Refund: Once a ritual has commenced or has been completed (and video/photo proof has been shared with you), no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation by Grah Kalyan In the rare event that Grah Kalyan or our assigned Pandit must cancel a scheduled ritual due to unforeseen technical issues, temple closures, or Pandit unavailability, you will be notified immediately and issued a 100% full refund. Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule the ritual to a new date at no additional cost.

3. Incorrect Sankalpa Data Please note that rituals are performed based on the exact details (Gotra, Rashi, Name) you provide at checkout. We do not offer refunds or free re-do rituals if the puja was performed using incorrect information supplied by the user.

4. Refund Processing Time All approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment (UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
